Do you build custom software or only sell products?

Both. We build custom software and AI workflows for AV companies (automation, integrations, internal tools). We also develop our own products: Hika OS for agency management, Miru for pre-design, Osprai for reading plans.

What does Brain Lab do?

Brain Lab sits inside Miru. It models the emotional response a piece of content is likely to provoke in an audience. It's beta. Read the predictions as a starting point.

Is Miru a multimodal RAG?

No. Miru is a pre-design workspace: mood boards, files, collaboration. Osprai is the multimodal RAG.
